RWA provides warranty and post warranty service of systems withing whole product life-cycle.   Standard warranty period – one year from the date commissioning, or one and half year from the date of delivery of equipment. Warranty period can be extended as may be agreed with Customer.   Standard maintenance procedure includes monthly deputation of RWA experts to the facility for examination, checking, measurements of main indexes and data backup. Maintenance may be provided by individual schedule (procedure) that envisages tracking by Company’s experts of all modifications of gridiron (track arrangements) of Customer’s facility: providing software patching and system debugging when adding switching points and traffic lights.
